My name is Alexis Williams, LMT
I am currently a student at SpaTech Institute, pursuing an LMT license. I am very eager to bring a holistic approach to any client. I get to hold a space for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and truly feel seen and supported. Whether through massage or polarity therapy, I'm honored to release the stress, pain, and emotional weight that so many carry. There is something incredibly meaningful about being a part of someone's healing journey, not trying to fix, but by helping their body and energy remember how to restore.

In my free time, I love to read, play video games, and enjoy nature! I love to travel and go to Maine very often!
